When I pray, Jesus is praying for me as I pray! (See John 17) I was recently reminded of this truth as I expressed my discouragement to the Lord. Whatever the difficulty is, God is with and for me, Hebrews 13:5! I’m learning that things I view as discouragement and challenges are opportunities to rest in Him and trust Him. Father God didn’t make man for a stagnant lifestyle. So, the present position you may be in is not the destination.

To everything, there is a season!
A time for every purpose under heaven
Ecclesiastes 3:1

Beloved Child of God, When You Pray, Father God Hears You!
The price to be heard by God was paid by the blood of Jesus! There is no surer position with Father God than the blood of His Son, Jesus Christ. The righteous man’s prayer avails much; that’s me because of the blood of Jesus (James 5:16). All Jesus did was for me, and as He is, so am I in this world (1 John 4:17)! He is my righteousness, and He is at the right hand of Father God (Ephesians 1:20).

Imagine when you pray, you are praying at the right hand of God!

Positioned For God to Hear My Prayers
Yes, that’s right. We are in a position for our heavenly Father to hear our words; with Christ Jesus as your righteousness, you’re in a permanent place where God hears you (Ephesians 2:6).

The Holy Spirit Calls to Remembrance Our Position Before the Father!
In John 17, Jesus prays to His heavenly Father for those He has given Him. Jesus said for all are Yours, and all are Mine are Yours, and Yours are Mine, and I am glorified in them (John 17:9-10). There is no expiration on Jesus’ words. When Jesus uses the term all, it includes every believer then and now and from now on!

All Your Cares Are His Cares
My heavenly Father gives ear to my prayers. I am relieved of anxiety or frustration of not being heard. The creator of heaven and earth is taking care of my cares. Think about that for a moment; He is taking care of everything! All my cares and concerns have been cast upon Him.

Cast all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.
1 Peter 5:7

As I was taken away by what God had given me, a state of peace permeated my being; when I pray, Father, God hears me, period! Not maybe, but absolutely, I am heard on high!

Jesus, Pray for me! So, I rest!

Don’t know Jesus? He is a prayer away!

Lord Jesus, thank you for loving and dying for me on the cross. Your precious blood washes me clean of every sin. You are my Lord and Savior, now and forever. I believe that Father God raised You from the dead and that You are alive today at the right hand of God. Because of Your finished work, I am now a beloved child of God, and heaven is my home. Thank You for giving me eternal life and filling my heart with peace and joy!
