Jesus the same yesterday, today, and forever!
Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever Hebrews 13: 8. Jesus Christ is still recruiting as He did in Matthew 4; 19 Jesus said, follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men. He is always teaching the believer as He did in Matthew 6:9-13, Jesus teaches how to pray, revealing Gods position to the believer-Father! Jesus continues to teach what we shall prioritize in Matthew 6:33, seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. God’s grace is Jesus Christ 2 Corinthians 5:21, and His (Jesus Christ) works at the cross are the believers resting place from sin Hebrews 4:8-9. God’s grace paid the sin debt for me, Ephesians 1:7. This same Jesus, my high priest, and perfect sacrifice washed me from all my sins, past, present, and future, Hebrews 9:11-15. God, the author of time, performed the grace for man outside of time.
All these things and more Jesus came and gave, and He is still showing through every believer. The wise still seek Him, and by His Spirit, we speak mysteries, through the gift of other tongues 1 Corinthians 14:2. Jesus commanded the twelve disciples that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father, which saith He, which, ye have heard of me Acts 1:4. This heavenly gift God gave on the day of Pentecost that appeared to the disciples came with power. Of course, every blessing God has given came with power Acts 2:1-4.
Oh yes, can’t forget how Jesus went about healing the sick. From demon possession to death, remember Lazarus John 11:39-44. He restored people He came in contact with; no one ever died in His presence. When He dismissed, His spirit at the cross, the men on the right and left died also. For all that Jesus did when He was walking the earth, He is still doing! He is the resurrection, the truth, and the life.
Look to Jesus and be led by the Holy Spirit for God’s purpose for you. You are fearfully and wonderfully made and ordained for a purpose, Psalm 139:14 and Jeremiah 5:1. Jesus the same yesterday, today, and forever.
Walk-in Jesus’ fullness. He loves you!
