How Do You See God?

How we view the Father God, creator of the universe governs every area of our lives. See, God is sovereign but more than that He is your heavenly Father providing you have accepted Jesus as Lord of your life. God loves you and wants to have a relationship with you. 

There is No Condemnation in Christ Jesus!

Do you see God as a judge waiting to accuse you of making a mistake? Many times in my walk with Jesus Christ, I was taught by well-meaning people that God is mad at me and that I must earn, by good works, my salvation, building a consciousness of condemnation within me. Because, to be honest, my flesh is weak and can’t meet the requirements of His Goodness.

God Wiped Out the Requirement of the Law, Colossians 2: 14

For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death, Romans 8:2. Because God made Him, Jesus who knew no sin to be sin for me, that I might become the righteousness of God in Him. I am the temple of the living God.  

Faith Comes by Hearing and Hearing

To hear and keep hearing builds an consciousness of faith, Faith is a fruit; as fruit grows, so does our faith. We feed it by exposure to sermons and messages of grace, not the law. Before God, our position is in Christ; when the heavenly Father looks at us, beloved, He sees Jesus. We stand in the eternal place of Jesus, as He is so, are we.

All Things are From the Father

See God as Father. Father is a family term relating us to him by birth. The birth of His Son, Jesus! For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life, John 3:16. The Father gives us the believer, the opportunity through His Son to be seated at His right hand in heavenly places. I understand for man to be in two areas seems incomprehensible, but man is a triune being like His Father, Genesis 1:26. 

See God as Almighty and Father

Is He your protector? Your provider? Your deliver? Yes, He is all that and more. The Father never sleeps, and He wants to hear from you, He wants you to delight yourself in a relationship with Him, and He will give you the desires of your heart, Psalm 37:4. See, beloved your heavenly Father knows all about you and loves you anyway. 

Already Clean Because of The Word of Christ, John 15:1-4

He also knows once you’re in fellowship with Him, it will change your heart. Your mind transforms by immersing yourself in the word of His grace. The word of God cleanses; the term is a verb and an action word meaning it’s constantly cleansing as we keep listening and hearing His word through Christ.   

Abide in Me, John 15:7

See God as the heavenly Father He is; He is readily available to hear and answer your prayers, but don’t treat Him like a genie in a bottle. He loves you with everlasting love. With all God has done for us, beloved anything we can ask for would be less.
