God’s Assembly Line

This morning I woke to the phrase God’s assembly line. As I prayed in the Spirit, Psalm 139 arose in my spirit. Followed by The book of Jeremiah 1:5, “Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you; before you were born, I sanctified you; I ordained you a prophet to the nations. Jeremiah 29:11, for I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not evil to give you a future and hope. A favorite scripture of my Church Faith Xperience.     

In Psalm 139, David says O’ Lord, You know my sitting down and my uprising. Where can I go from Your Spirit? Or where can I flee from Your presence? If I ascend into heaven, You are there; If I make my bed in hell, behold, you are there. If I take the wings of the morning and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea, even there Your hand shall lead me. Your right hand shall lead me and hold me. You formed my inward parts; you covered me in my mother’s womb. I praise You for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Marvelous are your works and that my soul knows well. My frame was not hidden from You when I was made in secret and skillfully wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. Your eyes saw my substance being yet formed. 

David is described as a man after God’s heart!

1 Samuel 13:14

David began as a shepherd boy chosen by God to be king over Israel. His obedience to his father put him in the right place at the right time, 1 Sam. 17:40-51. He’s not described as a man after God’s heart based on an act of obedience, but because he had the heart to return the ark of God to Israel. The act of bringing back the ark of God to His people meant bringing God’s presence among His people, 1 Chronicle 13-15. For the New Covenant believer Matthew 6:33, seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you, is our verse! Jesus Christ is our righteousness 2 Corinthians 5:21, so the essence of that verse is to seek Jesus. He is God’s presence in your life! 

David and Jeremiah, the Lord’s assembly: God made!

                                                                   God designed!

                                                                     God ordained!

                                                            God lead!

                                                                    God protected!

                                                                    God prospered!
